You will lead cross-functional collaboration, ensure timely follow-up on leads, and align marketing with census goals. A flexible schedule is required to meet center needs, with opportunities for growth in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions process and achieve census and payer goals.
• Build relationships with referral sources and expand market share.
• Serve as brand steward and manage online presence and reviews.
• Lead efforts to improve interdisciplinary collaboration and transition-of-care processes.
• Improve referral-to-admit and tour-to-admit conversions by set targets.
