Genesiscareers is seeking a Director of Marketing, Admissions, and Internal Referral Management to drive census, mix, and revenue in nursing centers and assisted living communities. You will lead external and internal referral programs, partnering with CADs to optimize conversions and growth within the community.

The role emphasizes team leadership, relationship-building, and strategic market analysis to outperform competitive benchmarks across centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum of two (2) years college education in the field of health care administration, business management, and/or marketing or public relations preferred.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on centers' business need, specifically incoming admissions.
