Genesiscareers is seeking an Admissions Director to lead the patient admissions process at our Santa Fe nursing center. You will manage referrals, drive census and payer engagement, and oversee brand presence and community outreach.

The role emphasizes quick response times, quality transitions of care, and strong teamwork. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in healthcare, flexibility to adjust schedules, and a proven ability to convert referrals to admissions while maintaining excellent

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire patient admissions process, with timely follow-up on leads and census/payer goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with referral sources through regular engagement and a consistent touchpoint system.
• Manage the nursing center’s website and social media to maintain a positive online presence.
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration and smooth transition‑of‑care with strong patient and family communication.
• Improve referral-to-admit and tour-to-admit conversions and strengthen admissions strategy.
