Responsibilities

• Oversee the admissions process, ensuring timely follow-up on leads, and achieving census and payer goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with key referral sources to increase market share.
• Serve as brand steward, managing the nursing center's website and social media to ensure a positive online presence and review improvements.
• Lead efforts to improve transition-of-care and inter-disciplinary collaboration with strong patient and family communication.
• Aim for higher conversion rates by refining referral-to-admission and tour-to-admit processes.
