Job summary

Talentify in Pennsylvania is seeking an Admissions Director to drive patient census growth, payer management, and referral development within our nursing center. You will oversee the admissions process, coordinate with referral sources, and manage marketing efforts to raise brand visibility and community engagement.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, timely follow-up of leads, and improving conversion metrics while ensuring exceptional patient and family communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to adjust work schedule based on nursing centers’ business need, specifically incoming admissions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient admissions process, ensuring timely follow-up on leads, quick referral response times, and census/payor goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with key referral sources through regular engagement and a consistent touchpoint system.
• Lead brand stewardship by updating the nursing center’s website and managing social media; pursue a Google rating above 4.0 with a 15% improvement in reviews.
