Responsibilities

• Support admissions activities across pre-admission, admission, discharge and follow-up processes.
• Conduct facility tours for prospective residents, walk-ins, or scheduled admissions.
• Coordinate with the Liaison on patient acceptance and track pre-admission referrals daily.
• Arrange admissions and obtain required approvals and OBRA screens when indicated.
• Maintain resident rosters, waiting lists, and inquiries per state regulations.
• Coordinate weekend/holiday admissions with Liaisons.
