Job summary

Vivo Infusion, LLC in Beachwood, OH is seeking a Clinical Service Specialist to join our Infusion team. You will manage patient scheduling, verify benefits, obtain authorizations, and support clinical operations with accuracy and empathy.

The role requires healthcare administrative experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to ensure an excellent patient experience across our center.

Qualifications

• 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with insurance authorizations, benefits verifications, and billing preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS prior to starting work required.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-end infusion center operations, including greeting patients, scheduling, payments, and mail handling.
• Review and reschedule patient appointments to align with treatment plans; communicate changes to clinical staff.
• Coordinate with Nurse/Clinical staff and Accounts Payable for payment processing and invoicing.
• Schedule follow-up infusions with Patient Care Navigator team.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and assist with inventory management.
