Qualifications

• Experience in business development, outreach, or healthcare related industry.
• Reliable transportation with current driver's license and auto insurance.

• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and maintain an active referral partner presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans to manage and grow accounts and market share.
• Grow market share by generating referrals through outreach, territory planning and follow-up.
• Educate healthcare partners about NHC HomeCare's services and the patients served.
• Communicate effectively with all members of the health care delivery team.
• Obtain and communicate face-to-face documentation to the agency.
• Meet and exceed referral and business development goals.
