Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic plans to manage and grow accounts and market share.
• Grow market share by generating referrals through outreach, territory planning and follow-up.
• Educate healthcare partners about NHC HomeCare's services and the patients we serve.
• Communicate effectively with all members of the health care delivery team.
• Complete face-to-face documentation and communicate to the appropriate agency.
• Meet and exceed established referral and business development goals.
