NHC HomeCare is seeking an Account Executive to execute our sales strategy and increase market share through account development while educating the medical community about our services.

This role services the Metro Nashville area and offers a competitive compensation package for full-time employment, including health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, PTO, 401(k) with company match, stock options, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, outreach, or healthcare-related industry.
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Preferred: experience in Home Health or healthcare business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans to manage and grow accounts and market share.
• Grow market share by obtaining referrals and increasing participation in the NHC program.
• Communicate effectively with all members of the health care delivery team.
• Obtain and communicate face-to-face documentation to the appropriate agency.
• Represent NHC HomeCare in a positive and professional manner, aligning with company objectives.

Required

• Successful previous experience in business development, outreach, or healthcare related industry
• Reliable means of transportation and must have current driver’s license and auto insurance.

Specific Responsibilities

• The Account Executive will develop strategic plans to successfully manage and grow accounts and market share.

• Face to Face documentation must also be obtained and communicated to appropriate agency.
