Razorfish Health is seeking an Account Director to lead and grow client relationships across one or more large accounts. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, revenue growth, and alignment with client brand objectives in the healthcare space.

The ideal candidate will own client satisfaction, supervise project teams, manage budgets and P&L, and drive upsell opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on delivering measurable digital advertising and marketing success for pharma brands.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in the account services field within the advertising industry, management consulting discipline or a similar industry required
• A minimum of one (1) year of prior staff management, development and mentoring experience preferred
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Sr. Account Manager; or one (1) year as an Account Director strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Experience in Marketing/promotion experience with healthcare brands is required
• A demonstrated track record of expanding business with existing customers (upselling); and experience supporting new business pitches required

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the client relationship and expand services on one or more large client accounts
• Oversee strategy development for assigned accounts and align with client brand objectives
• Lead project teams and ensure timely delivery of digital advertising/marketing initiatives
• Maintain responsibility for quality, strategy and integrity of agency products/services
• Forecast and manage profit and loss for assigned clients
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and upsell/cross-sell
