Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
• 3-5+ years of advertising experience
• Pharma advertising experience strongly preferred
• Intermediate Outlook user: Understand how to schedule and accept meetings, manage folders, and accept and complete tasks as they are assigned
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Strong client-service orientation
• Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last minute changes

Responsibilities

• Own the daily account work on the brand including budgets and bills, adhering to agency procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Provide positive leadership and influence to internal cross-capability teams.
• Attend client meetings and deliver timely follow-ups and reports.
• Develop strong relationships with project management, creative, finance, and other departments.
