Job summary

Razorfish Health is seeking a Group Account Supervisor to drive strategic planning and direction across large accounts. You will lead client relationships, oversee junior staff, and ensure high-quality agency output with a focus on pharmaceutical marketing excellence.

You will manage budgets, apply deep brand knowledge, and collaborate across teams to deliver compelling marketing campaigns, while maintaining integrity and proactive, strategic leadership in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience within client services; pharma advertising experience required.
• Previous experience mentoring others preferred.
• Proactive and action-oriented.
• Exhibits integrity and trust.
• Thorough knowledge of financial tools necessary to account management.
• Demonstrates ability to think creatively and strategically.

Responsibilities

• Develops communication objectives and strategies; sees big picture and key issues.
• Communicates client issues to team accurately and timely.
• Builds trusting relationships with client counterparts; adds value.
• Applies extensive knowledge of brands and clinical data behind promos.
• Acts as point of authority for therapeutic area; identifies market opportunities.
• Ensures adherence to agency process and leads issue resolution.
• Develops and administers client budgets; tracks hours and expenses.
• Provides leadership within the agency and mentors juniors.
• Presents data clearly to clients; safeguards timely, accurate reporting.
