Razorfish Health is seeking an outstanding Account Supervisor to lead advertising, marketing, and medical communications campaigns for pharma brands. You will coordinate with internal teams and client brand teams to manage daily tasks and long-term strategy.

The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years in account services, healthcare marketing, and a track record of upselling with clients, plus mentoring experience and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of relevant account services experience in advertising, consulting, or similar.
• At least 1 year of staff management and mentoring preferred.
• 3+ years of Sr. Account Manager experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in healthcare brand marketing and upselling.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day account leadership and tactical development.
• Provide strategic client consultation with senior support.
• Guide internal and client teams to ensure brand-consistent delivery.
• Develop annual strategy plans, conduct market research, brainstorm.
• Support agency partners and understand client needs.
