Qualifications

• 5+ years of brand, communications, digital or content strategy experience.
• Strong writer, presenter and communicator.
• On the pulse of consumer, media, healthcare and cultural trends.
• Knowledgeable about all channels and technologies.
• Builder of ecosystems and user pathways.
• Collaborator comfortable working with the larger strategy team to guide briefs.
• Passionate about brands and advertising.
• Digitally savvy with media‑centric tools such as Comscore, MRI, Google Trends, Google Analytics, SEMrush, listening platforms.

Responsibilities

• Uncover business problems with internal teams and clients.
• Partner with analytics to uncover audience insights.
• Summarize offline and online behavior research.
• Develop inspiring briefs, strategic points of view, and opportunities.
• Partner with creative teams to ensure work is on strategy.
• Oversee internal and client-led research and insights.
• Create journey-based, omnichannel plans for audiences.
• Analyze interactions across content, devices, channels and media.
• Develop measurement and optimization plans for effectiveness.
