You will oversee a team, coordinate with delivery leadership, and ensure the highest standards of performance and client satisfaction, with a focus on data-driven marketing and ROI optimization.

Qualifications

• Seasoned account leader with 7–10+ years in advertising, management consulting, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead a team and grow large client accounts in healthcare.
• Strong ROI modeling and budgeting discipline across campaigns and programs.
• Experience expanding business with existing customers (upselling) and supporting new business pitches.
