The role requires a master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling, an active LISW or LPCC in Ohio, and at least three years in healthcare or nonprofit administration, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in social work or counseling and active LISW/LPCC in Ohio.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings is required.
• 3+ years in a referral or nonprofit admin environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referral operations, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional ethics.
• Lead staff development and performance management.
