Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Ohio is seeking an Access Supervisor to oversee referrals and ensure timely access to services across multiple regions. You will lead a team of intake specialists and collaborate with community partners to improve service delivery.

Requires LISW or LPCC in Ohio, a Master’s or Bachelor’s in social work or clinical counseling, and at least 3 years in healthcare or behavioral health. Travel within service areas is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or clinical counseling required.
• Master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling required.
• Active LISW or LPCC license in Ohio required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referrals for care across regions.
• Manage timely access to services.
• Supervise intake specialists and mentor staff.
• Maintain relationships with employees and community partners.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper documentation.
• Support agency policies and procedures implementation.
• Assist in outreach and follow-up activities.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching as needed.
