Job summary

UF Health St. Johns seeks a Care Connect Guest Services Specialist to support Nocatee Health Village weekend operations and connect consumers to UF Health programs. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and active engagement with patients and visitors.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of medical clerical/administrative, retail, or membership sales experience. Preferred: 2 years of health-related customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of Medical Clerical/Administrative, Retail, or Membership Sales experience.
• Preferred: 2 years of customer service in health, retail, or membership sales.

Responsibilities

• Supports Nocatee Health Village weekend operations as primary UF Health St. Johns staff.
• Purchase office supplies and keep storage room stocked and organized.
• Maintain organizational files and documents.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate persons.
• Remain informed about UF Health St. Johns programs, services, and events.
• Direct patients and escort visitors when appropriate.
• Maintain proficiency on Flagler Health+ program offerings.
• Monitor building entrances for proper function and secure access.
• Resolve conflicts and problems in a professional manner.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management within job scope.
