Job summary

UF Health St. Johns invites you to join the Care Connect team as a Guest Services Specialist in Saint Augustine, FL. You will help connect patients to UF Health St. Johns programs and coordinate Care Connect Community Space operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year in medical clerical/administrative, retail, or membership sales, and AHCA Level 2 screening. Weekend and partial-day shifts are possible to support community access.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Clerical/Administrative, Retail, or Membership Sales experience.
• Preferred: 2 years customer service in a health setting, retail, or membership sales experience.
• Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to consumers and patients of UF Health St. Johns programs and services.
• Assist in oversight and booking of the Care Connect Community Space.
• Serve as a resource and ensure excellent customer service for Care Connect guests.

Responsibilities

The Care Connect Guest Services Specialist role provides direct support to consumers and patients of the UF Health St.Johns Nocatee Health Village and the St. Augustine Care Connect office. This position will support Nocatee CommunitySpace weekend operations by serving as a resource to connect consumers to the UF Health St. Johns programs and services and will assist in the oversight and booking of the Care Connect Community Space. The Care Connect GuestServices Specialist will have an energetic passion for health and is focused on providing excellent customer service.

Schedule

FTE: .10 (PRN)

Schedule: 9:00am-2:00pm Monday to Thursday and every other Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm

Location: Monday-Thursday (St. Augustine, FL) and every other Saturday (Nocatee, FL)
