Job summary

RELIVE Health St. Johns is looking for a Front of House Associate to uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while assisting patients with scheduling and inquiries.

You will greet patients, manage appointments, and support the medical team in daily operations, ensuring efficient clinic flow and accurate patient records. Prior experience in customer service and a medical setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• GED level education required.
• Experience in customer service environments.
• Experience in a medical setting is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them in person or by telephone.
• Schedules appointments in person or by telephone to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
• Keeps appointments on schedule by notifying the provider of patient arrival and delays.
• Comforts patients by addressing anxieties and answering questions while maintaining the reception area.
• Maintains patient records by filing and retrieving information.
• Maintains patient accounts by updating personal and financial information.
• Manages scripts, invoices, and third-party billing and fulfillment processes.
• Maintains office inventory and equipment, communicates with Office Manager about scheduling and repairs.
• Protects patients' rights by adhering to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.
• Follows policies and procedures and reports needed changes.
• Collaborates with admin and medical team before and after therapy and participates in decisions.
• Uses online booking systems accurately.
• Assists patients with questions and follow-up calls.
