Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Escort guests to in-hospital destinations and provide directions.
• Maintain knowledge of hospital departments and locations.
• Provide information to hospital team members and visitors.
• Respond to guest and staff needs by phone or in person.
• Conduct rounds to identify and meet patient/visitor needs.
• Collaborate with Volunteers, Social Work, and Home Health.
• Assist Social Service with transportation and lodging arrangements.
• Present a professional image in dress and communications.
• Adhere to Orlando Health policies and attendance standards.
