Qualifications
AA degree preferred or at least 3 years of customer service experience in healthcare or related service industry.
Experience supervising or leading the work of others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to use a computer.
Results‑oriented with ability to teach and train others and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Facilitate patient and UF Health information, wayfinding, and transportation assistance.
Support lost and found processes, provide valet vouchers, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
Orient and support patients and families regarding hospital environment, amenities, and resources.
Proactively facilitate communication and problem resolution between unit staff, other departments, and patients/families.
Assist with proactive rounding and customer service recovery initiatives.
