Job summary

In-House Health is hiring an early-career operations/data analyst to translate scheduling and staffing data into actionable value for health systems and facilities. You will work with executives, implementors, and customer-success teams to drive measurable savings and improved shift coverage.

You will own ad hoc analyses, build dashboards, and craft compelling stewardship materials, while learning the business and data model in a fast-growing health-tech startup.

Qualifications

• Two years in a role mixing problem-solving with people (consulting, operations, customer success, or healthcare operations)
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical readers
• Initiative and accountability in multi-task, fast-changing environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for customer steering committees and monthly updates, turning data into a clear story for operators and executives
• Collaborate with implementation, activation, and customer success to translate scheduling workflows into measurable value
• Analyze overtime, agency use, staffing levels, and shift fill to identify drivers and recommend actions
• Investigate data mismatches (payroll, timekeeping, invoices) and coordinate fixes with stakeholders
• Partner with Product and Engineering as the voice of the customer to request features and test changes before release
• Support Sales with savings estimates and value proof points for live customers
• Create templates, checklists, and simple reports to support a growing customer base
• Handle ad hoc requests and translate recurring needs into standing reports
• Visit facilities to understand how schedulers and administrators work and where help is needed
