Job summary

Solace is seeking a Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive operational improvements across patient journeys and advocate workflows. You will partner with Operations to close gaps in performance and efficiency, build scalable analytics, and help scale resources as we grow.

The role requires strong SQL, Snowflake, and BI/dashboarding skills, plus fluency in healthcare operations and a bias toward action.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, including healthcare operations where data informed operational decisions.
• Healthcare operations fluency: understand intake, scheduling, caseloads, and SLAs, and where data tends to break.
• Business impact orientation: judge work by business outcomes and communicate impact clearly.
• Advanced SQL & Snowflake: write efficient queries against cloud warehouses.
• BI & dashboarding: design interactive dashboards; Hex preferred; Looker/Tableau/Metabase experience valuable.
• Data wrangling: handle nested JSON and messy real-world data.
• AI fluency: use AI to speed up SQL/analysis and verify results.
• Analytical mindset: find root causes of business problems.
• Strong communication: explain concepts to operators, product managers, and executives.
• Bias toward action: comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Excellence: surface bottlenecks and inefficiencies across patient journey and advocate workflows for actionable improvements.
• Model Capacity & Throughput: analyze advocate utilization, caseloads, and supply/demand balance to support staffing growth.
• Build Scalable Analytics: design and maintain dashboards in Hex for self-serve access across teams.
• Curate the Data Layer: partner with engineering to keep data models clean and refine SQL/dbt transformations.
• Synthesize & Communicate: translate findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Wrangle Complex Data: work with structured and semi-structured data to extract signal from noise.
