Job summary

OpenLoop Health is seeking a Staff Data Analyst to partner with the BI team and influence executive decisions across our national tele-health platform. The role combines advanced analytics with strong business partnership to improve patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

You will own KPI design, data modeling, and predictive analytics, collaborating across Finance, Operations, Clinical, and IT while mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Expert-level SQL proficiency; strong experience with Python or R.
• Advanced experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Zoho Analytics).
• Hands-on data analytics experience, preferably in healthcare, tele-health, or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to operate independently and influence executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive analytics strategy in partnership with executive leadership.
• Shape long-term KPI frameworks tied to patient outcomes and provider performance.
• Support regulatory reporting needs and ensure analytical frameworks meet requirements.
• Clean, organize, and analyze data daily using SQL and programming languages.
• Develop predictive models and forecasting; build enterprise data models for reporting.
• Mentor senior and mid-level analysts and translate business questions into analytical plans.
