Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role in a product environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field.
• Working knowledge of SQL with clean, well-structured queries.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Amplitude, Looker, Hex.
• Foundational understanding of A/B testing and experimentation principles.
• Clear communication and collaborative mindset in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Digital Health, Software Engineering, UX & Design to support analytics.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track feature engagement and outcomes.
• Conduct analyses to understand how healthcare features influence behavior and wellness.
• Assist design and interpretation of A/B tests with proper metrics.
• Validate data accuracy across systems with Analytics Engineering support.
• Monitor KPIs and surface trends with actionable recommendations.
