Premise Health is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Analyst to act as a strategic partner to Operations and stakeholders, translating complex data into clear insights that drive performance. The role connects data to business outcomes and informs decisions with data-driven recommendations.

The position is full-time and hybrid, based in Brentwood, TN, with responsibilities spanning data analysis, reporting, and leadership in analytics practices across programs and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of analytics experience focused on business insights and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience translating business needs into reporting and analysis.
• Healthcare analytics experience with claims and/or EMR data is preferred.
• SQL or Python experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence decisions.
