AndHealth LLC is seeking an Analytics Engineer to partner with Care Delivery, turning raw clinical and operations data into trusted metrics and dashboards for leaders. You’ll own domain end to end—from semantic definitions in dbt to dashboards used every morning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data analysis with business stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to turn ambiguous questions into governed metrics.
• Strong analytical instincts to identify data anomalies and root causes.
• Experience with SQL, dbt, and BI tools in healthcare contexts.

Responsibilities

• Translate decisions into metrics and govern definitions with stakeholders.
• Partner with teams to generate actionable insights for value to partners and patients.
• Build reporting and dashboards across pharmacy and care operations.
• Develop semantic layer in dbt with curated datasets and self-service data products.
• Collaborate with Data and Software Engineering to ensure data quality and reliable transformations.
• Create testing suites for data quality, anomalies, and SLAs.
