Job summary

Medical Center in Boston, MA seeks a Clinical Business Operations and Analytics Manager. This hybrid role partners with departmental leadership to optimize workforce operations and provide data-driven insights for performance.

You will develop dashboards, reports, and executive summaries while ensuring data integrity across HR, finance, and clinical units. You will leverage Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to monitor attendance, productivity, overtime, vacancies, and staffing trends, supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience supporting workforce operations, payroll, scheduling, analytics, or business operations.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting/data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sterile Processing and Clinical Support Services leadership to drive performance.
• Oversee workforce operations including payroll coordination, time and attendance, scheduling, and dashboards.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for leadership.
• Maintain workforce dashboards covering attendance, productivity, overtime, vacancies, and staffing trends.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IS, and operations to support departmental goals.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency and decision support.
