Job summary

Rezilient Health seeks an Implementation Manager to guide customer and health system implementations from plan to go‑live. You will translate contractual commitments into executable plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure readiness and successful launch.

In this role you will manage onboarding, configuration, adoption, and go‑live, while focusing on patient experience and long‑term value. Travel ~15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting healthcare, health system or B2B implementations.
• Knowledge of interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7 and CCDs.
• Strong planning, timelines, risks and deliverables management.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools to support project work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and health system implementations from handoff to go‑live.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines and readiness criteria.
• Coordinate cross‑functional launch activities and stakeholder updates.
• Own implementation health, milestones and risk mitigation.
• Manage handoffs to Customer Success and ongoing support.
