Job summary

Inspiren is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead multiple national product implementations, driving hardware and software delivery and ensuring a smooth installation experience for facilities. You will manage milestones, coordinate training, and transition customers to a clinical success team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years in implementations or PM, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years in implementations, project management or professional services.
• Experience implementing hardware and software solutions in health-tech.
• PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• Know-how of lean tools/methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project plans to ensure sites are completed on-time, on-cost, with high customer satisfaction.
• Own the entire project lifecycle, from sales handoff through implementation, training, to post-implementation support.
• Manage operational/tactical relationships with key customer stakeholders as the primary contact for engagements.
• Partner with Go-to-Market and other functions to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Drive improvements within end-to-end implementations using lean tools and value-stream mapping.
