Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years account management or managed markets experience.
• Experience with large payers, national/regional health plans, PBMs, SPPs and physician groups.
• Ability to engage director and senior executives and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers across clinical, administrative and C‑suite levels.
• Educate formulary and purchasing decision processes to enable patient access to Sun products.
• Analyze brand opportunity and coordinate with Field Sales, FRM, Medical Affairs and Pricing to optimize access and utilization.
• Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans with MSLs, Medical Affairs and Marketing.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with key account personnel and ensure compliant communications.
