Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years account management or managed markets experience.
• Experience with large payers, national/regional health plans, PBMs.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Understanding of payer policy infrastructure and health policy trends.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with IDNs and other organized customer groups.
• Educate formulary decision-making processes across levels.
• Analyze brand opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional partners to optimize access.
• Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans with relevant functions.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
• Travel to assigned IDN accounts and field-based meetings.
• Ensure access and pull-through of Sun Brand products within systems.
