The role requires substantial travel, cross-functional leadership, and strategic account planning to drive brand utilization and revenue growth. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master’s preferred and 3+ years in managed markets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years of account management or managed markets experience.
• Experience with large payers, national/regional plans, PBMs, and physician groups.
• Ability to engage with senior level executives within assigned territory.
• Proven teamwork in matrixed, cross-functional teams.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers in designated accounts.
• Educate formulary processes and gain support to improve patient access.
• Analyze brand opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional partners to optimize access and utilization.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare Part B, 340B, and reimbursement landscapes.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with functions like MSLs and Marketing.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with account personnel.
• Maintain clear cross-functional communication and ensure adherence to compliance.
• Travel to IDN accounts for field meetings and trainings.
