Job summary

Sun Pharma seeks an Health Systems Associate Director to drive access and utilization of branded oncology, immunology and dermatology products across top IDNs. The role builds executive relationships, educates formulary decision makers, and leads strategic account plans with cross-functional teams to align withSun Pharma objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of account management or Managed Markets experience.
• Experience with large payers, national/regional health plans, PBMs, SPPs, and physician groups.
• Experience working with director and senior level executives in the assigned geography.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers within designated IDN accounts (clinical, administrative, pharmacy, C‑Suite).
• Educate formulary decision processes to gain acceptance for Sun Pharma products.
• Analyze brand opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional partners to optimize access and utilization.
• Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans with MSLS, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Pricing.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key account personnel.
• Travel to IDN accounts and conduct field-based trainings and meetings.
