Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc (USA) seeks a Health Systems Associate Director to lead field strategy across Oncology, Immunology, and Dermatology. You will build relationships with IDNs and organized groups to expand access to Sun Branded products and influence formulary decisions at multiple levels.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, development of strategic plans, and alignment with Sun’s objectives to grow brand utilization and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years of account management or Managed Markets experience preferred.
• Experience with large payers, national/regional health plans, PBMs, SPVs and physician groups.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers in designated IDNs and organized customer groups.
• Educate formulary and decision-making processes to gain acceptance for Sun products.
• Analyze brand opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional partners to optimize access and utilization.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with relevant functions (MSLs, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Pricing).
• Lead quarterly business reviews with key account personnel and maintain cross-functional communications.
