Job summary

Sun Pharma seeks an Health Systems Associate Director to lead field efforts across Oncology, Immunology, and Dermatology brands. You will build executive-level relationships and influence formulary decisions to improve patient access to Sun products.

Role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and significant travel to IDN accounts. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred, with 3+ years in managed markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or managed markets encouraged.
• Experience with large payer channels and health plans preferred.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers in IDNs and other groups.
• Educate formulary decision makers to improve patient access to Sun products.
• Analyze brand opportunities and coordinate with field and medical teams.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare Part B, 340B, and reimbursement processes.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with cross-functional partners.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with account personnel.
• Maintain clear communication and compliance across teams.
• Travel to assigned accounts for field meetings and trainings.
