Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. is seeking a Health Systems Associate Director, Mid-Atlantic (MD-DC-VA-NC).

This remote-based field leadership role focuses on Sun’s branded oncology, immunology, and dermatology products, building relationships with IDNs and organized customer groups to drive formulary and access decisions and ultimately patient access to therapies. The role requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and 3+ years in account management or managed markets, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of account management or managed markets experience.
• Experience with large payers, national/regional health plans, PBMs, SPPs.
• Experience interacting with senior-level executives in the assigned geographical area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers within IDNs and organized customer groups.
• Educate formulary and decision-making processes to gain product access.
• Analyze brand opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional partners to optimize access.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key account personnel.
• Travel to assigned IDN accounts and conduct field-based meetings and trainings.
