Job summary

Sun Pharmaceuticals seeks a Health Systems Associate Director to lead field-based engagement with IDNs and organized groups across Oncology, Immunology, and Dermatology, shaping formulary and purchasing decisions to expand patient access to Sun Branded products.

This role requires strategic account planning, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence senior executives, with significant travel and a base salary range of $143,500 to $235,500.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of account management or managed markets experience.
• Experience with large payers, national/regional health plans, PBMs, SPPs, and physician medical groups.
• Proven ability to work with senior level executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers in IDNs and organized groups.
• Educate formulary and decision-making processes at multiple levels to expand patient access.
• Analyze brand opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional partners to optimize access and utilization.
• Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans with MSLS, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Pricing.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key account personnel.
• Maintain strong cross-functional communication and ensure compliance.
