Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc (USA) seeks a Health Systems Associate Director to drive access for Sun Branded Oncology, Immunology, and Dermatology products across IDNs and organized groups in the Southeast. You will educate formulary decision makers and lead cross-functional teams to optimize brand utilization and revenue growth.

Role requires field leadership, strong executive engagement, and extensive travel to assigned accounts.

Qualificações

• Minimum Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years in account management or managed markets.
• Experience with large payers, national/state health plans, PBMs, and physician groups.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional, matrixed teams with executives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with IDNs and organized groups at multiple levels.
• Educate formulary and decision processes to gain access to Sun products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize access and utilization.
• Lead strategic account planning with MSLs, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Pricing.
• Travel extensively to IDN accounts and conduct field-based meetings.
