Job summary

Sun Pharma is seeking a Health Systems Associate Director (HSAD) to lead field efforts supporting branded oncology/immunology/dermatology products. You will build relationships with decision makers across IDNs and organized customer groups to ensure patient access and drive product utilization.

This role requires cross-functional leadership and strategic planning across medical, policy, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years account management or managed markets experience.
• Experience with large payers, national/regional health plans, PBMs, SPPs, and physician groups.
• Experience interfacing with director and senior level executives in the assigned geography.
• Proven teamwork and collaboration skills in highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and data synthesis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with key decision makers within IDNs and other target accounts.
• Educate formulary and decision-making processes to gain support for Sun Pharma products.
• Analyze brand opportunity and coordinate with cross-functional partners to optimize access and utilization.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of B&B, Medicare Part B, 340B, and reimbursement processes.
• Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans with relevant functions (MSLs, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Pricing).
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with account personnel and maintain clear cross-functional communication.
• Travel to assigned IDN accounts and conduct field-based meetings and trainings.
