You will partner with executives across CNO, CFO, and CMO, lead quarterly business reviews, and drive adoption while mapping stakeholder landscapes to identify expansion opportunities across health systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success or related roles with at least 4 years serving health systems.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Executive presence with C-suite and VP-level leaders.
• Fluency in health system operations and clinical workflow.
• Proven ability to quantify outcomes and present ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and growth on a named book of health system accounts.
• Define and report metrics tied to customer-bought outcomes.
• Lead quarterly and annual executive business reviews.
• Drive adoption and durable workflow changes post go-live.
• Identify, qualify, and shape expansion opportunities with Sales.
• Maintain account health scoring and risk forecasting.
