Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a Strategic Growth Director to shape the future of its Health practice.

You will lead subsectors, guide market strategy, collaborate with clients and partners, and translate trends into growth opportunities across HDR's global health markets. You will report to the Global Health Director, mentor Subsector Directors, and drive innovation, digital health, AI, and workforce transformation initiatives while maintaining HDR's employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• MBA or related advanced degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and strategic growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare markets and delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for HDR's Health practice subsectors and oversee Subsector Directors.
• Mentor and develop Subsector Directors; foster collaboration across regions and offices.
• Drive talent development, workforce planning, and client engagement within HDR Health.
