You will guide a team to unify Health specialty expertise, advisory services, and innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs and drive growth.

The role demands 15+ years in Health and Benefits, strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of dynamic experience with Health and Benefits products, services and solutions.
• Ability to lead critical thinking with a strong commercial lens.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey messages across levels and geographies.
• Experience creating scalable solutions and forging partnerships to deliver new revenue sources.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for integrating Health specialty expertise, advisory and consulting capabilities.
• Drive connectivity across Health specialties and ensure integrated client offerings.
• Develop and scale specialty advisory capabilities leveraging analytics and data.
• Increase awareness, adoption and utilization of specialty capabilities across Health Solutions.
• Lead the prioritization process to integrate capabilities across the Health practice.
