• Scale specialty capabilities using analytics to deliver integrated client offerings.
• Increase awareness and adoption of specialty capabilities across Health Solutions.
• Drive growth opportunities by integrating Health, actuarial, analytics and broking capabilities.
• Own prioritization process for expertise development across specialties.
