Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Specialty Solutions Leader for US Health, a hybrid role enabling virtual work and office presence across the US. You will guide the Integrated & SpecialtySolutions team, connecting health capabilities, analytics, and advisory services to drive growth and client value.

Lead a 170+ team, influence across geographies, and travel up to 50% to advance market opportunities and partnerships, while delivering on strategic priorities for health solutions.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of dynamic experience with Health and Benefits products, services and solutions.
• Ability to lead critical thinking with a strong commercial lens.
• Exceptional communication skills across levels and geographies.
• Experience creating scalable solutions and partnerships with third parties.
• Experience leading a multi-market, dispersed workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated & SpecialtySolutions team and set strategic direction.
• Build connectivity across Health teams and capabilities to drive growth.
• Scale specialty advisory capabilities and use analytics to coordinate client offering.
• Increase awareness and adoption of specialty capabilities across Health Solutions.
• Drive cross-practice prioritization and integration across geographies.
