Washington State Department of Corrections in Tumwater, WA seeks a Health Service Quality Assurance Project Manager to lead QA reviews, manage high-risk corrective actions, and guide agency-wide quality improvement initiatives.

You will work with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to ensure compliance, sustainability, and continuous improvement across health services programs in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in project, change and/or performance management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead and sustain division-wide quality assurance oversight and reviews.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans to ensure durability and compliance.
• Translate regulatory directives and settlement requirements into operational protocols.
• Coordinate with informatics to refine QA dashboards and reporting for leadership.
• Maintain documentation of QA cycles, findings, and outcomes for audits.
