Job summary

Tidal Basin Holdco, LLC is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for recovery, sheltering, or eligibility programs. The role involves supervising QA/QC Specialists, managing workloads, and ensuring compliance with program guidance.

You will provide guidance, monitor trends, and support file closeout while coordinating with case management and program leadership to resolve deficiencies and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in social services, public administration, emergency management, business administration, or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience in quality control, case management, grant-funded government programs, disaster recovery, or a related field.
• At least 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA/QC Specialists and manage workloads.
• Review QA/QC work for accuracy and compliance with Program guidance.
• Provide feedback, coaching and technical guidance to staff.
• Monitor quality trends and implement improvements.
• Maintain QA/QC tracking systems, reports and documentation.
• Support audits, monitoring reviews and file closeout.
• Ensure applicant documentation is verified through third-party resources.
• Assist with training, procedures and workflow improvements.
