Job summary

It offers growth toward a QA Supervisor position with expanded supervisory responsibilities. The position emphasizes healthcare administration knowledge, adherence to privacy standards, and collaboration with program leaders to improve workflows

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, human services, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in quality assurance, healthcare administration, or program coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review client records, service documentation, and program workflows for accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct routine QA reviews, identify concerns, track corrections, and support timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain reports using electronic health records and other systems for monitoring and audits.
• Support referral, enrollment, and eligibility processes with accurate information entry.
• Provide staff training and support on EHRs and documentation standards.
• Monitor quality trends and collaborate on process improvements.
• Coordinate QA-related administrative processes for audits and compliance.
